The Agents page shows all registered agents across your infrastructure with their current status and activity.

Deploy agents to more systems
Click the "Download Agent" button to go to the Downloads page where you can get agents for any platform.
Click "Download Agent"
Located in the top right corner of the Agents page
Select Your Platform
Choose from Windows, Linux, macOS, BSD, Solaris, or AIX
Install the Agent
Follow the installation instructions for your platform
Verify Connection
Return to the Agents page to confirm the new agent appears

Click on any agent in the list to view detailed information about that system.

Fix common connectivity issues
If an agent shows as disconnected, check these common issues:
Network Connectivity
Verify the system can reach the management server on port 50051
Firewall Rules
Ensure firewall allows outbound connections. See Firewall Setup.
Service Status
Check if the agent service is running on the target system
Restart Agent
Try restarting the agent service to re-establish connection
Deploy agents to all systems for complete software visibility.
Update agents when new versions are available for best performance.
Check the Agents page regularly for disconnected agents.
Use SCCM, Intune, or scripts for mass deployment.
